**UNOSAT code: TC20201101PHL** This map illustrates satellite-detected surface waters in Albay and Camarines Sur provinces of Philippines as observed from a Sentinel-1 image acquired on 6 November 2020 at 05:38 local time. Within the analyzed area of about 5,000 km2, a total of about 120 km2 of lands appear to be flooded. The water extent appears to have receded of about 120 km2 since 1 November 2020. Based on Worldpop population data and the detected surface waters, about 80,000 people are potentially exposed or living close to flooded areas. This is a preliminary analysis and has not yet been validated in the field. Please send ground feedback to UNITAR-UNOSAT. Important Note: Flood analysis from radar images may underestimate the presence of standing waters in built-up areas and densely vegetated areas due to backscattering properties of the radar signal.
**UNOSAT code: TC20241028PHL, GDACS ID: 1001115** This map illustrates satellite-detected landslides in Laurel Town, Batangas Province, Region IV-A (Calabarzon), Philippines, as observed from a Sentinel-2 image acquired on 28 October 2024 at 10:17 local time (02:17 UTC). Within the analysed area, about 2 km² of landslide scars /mud flow areas are observed. UNITAR-UNOSAT identified about 450 Potentially damaged structures (6 % from the total buildings in the analysed area) and about 5 km of affected roads. This is a preliminary analysis and has not yet been validated in the field. Please send ground feedback to the United Nations Satellite Centre (UNOSAT).
**UNOSAT code: TC20241028PHL, GDACS ID: 1001115** This map illustrates cumulative detected water using multiple satellites in Camarines Sur Province, Bicol Region, Philippines acquired on 26 October 2024. Within the boundary of Camarines Sur Province of about 5,300 km², a total of about 280 km² of land appears to be affected by flood waters, with around 230 km² of cropland inundated. Based on Worldpop spatial demographic data, about 224,000 people are exposed or living close to flooded areas. This is a preliminary analysis and has not yet been validated in the field. Please send ground feedback to the United Nations Satellite Centre (UNOSAT). Important note: Flood analysis from radar images may underestimate the presence of standing waters in built-up areas and densely vegetated areas due to the backscattering properties of the radar signal.

Within the boundary of Camarines Sur Province of about 5,300 km², a total of about 130 km² of land appears to be affected by flood waters, with around 230 km² of cropland inundated. The flood extent has receded by approximately 150 km² since the previous observation on 26 October 2024. Based on Worldpop spatial demographic data, about 93,000 people are exposed or living close to flooded areas.
