Dataset: Dataset was sourced from SSPE "Kartographia" P-codes: National system adapted to OCHA standards The Ukrainian government has not fully implemented its new administrative structure reforms in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea [UA01] and Sevastopol [UA85]. Consequently, 31 ADM4 features within the Sevastopol ADM3 polygon retain P-codes that do not correctly conform to [UA85]. This will be rectified in a COD-AB update once the government has regained control of the Crimean Peninsula and fulfilled its administrative structure reform. ADM3 Sevastopol [UA85] feature geometry does not align with ADM1, ADM2 and ADM4 Sevastopol [UA85] features. 31 ADM4 features within the ADM3 Sevastopol [UA85] feature have P-codes that are not aligned with the parent ADM3 feature. At the same time, they are aligned with ADM1 and ADM2 levels. Names of some ADM3 features are still in the process of renaming by the Ukrainian government and are expected to be aligned with the respective ADM4 and ADM2 features in 2026. For consistency, new ADM3 names were incorporated into the dataset, while old names are still available in extra fields. ADM4 layer does not cover the entire country. ADM4 layer represents settlement (populated place) areas only.
