OrionAI moves into your forms and dashboards
OrionAI 1.3 counts your submissions exactly, revises form drafts, adds dashboard widgets, and puts one-click questions on every dataset, form and dashboard.
OrionAI already answered questions from any page and, since 1.2, made changes for you once you confirmed them. OrionAI 1.3 brings it into the rest of your work: the forms your teams fill in and the dashboards you report from.
#One click from the page
Every dataset, form and dashboard now has a row of Ask OrionAI chips at the top of the page. On a form, try Review this form or Who submits most?. On a dashboard, try What looks unusual?. On a dataset, try Explain the columns or Map this. Each chip opens the panel and asks about what you are looking at.
#Real numbers from your submissions
Ask "which enumerator has the most rejected entries?" or "how many households said they treat their water?". OrionAI counts the submissions themselves, by submitter, review state, day or answer, and does not guess.
#Change a form by asking
"Add a GPS question and make the household size question required." OrionAI shows a card with every question that will change. Confirm it and the form's draft is updated. Your live form only changes when you publish the draft, and Undo puts the old draft back.
#Build dashboards in plain words
"Add a bar chart of submissions by county to this dashboard." OrionAI picks the fields, shows you the real values it will chart, and adds the widget when you confirm.
As before, OrionAI works with your permissions. It only reads the forms, dashboards and data you can open, and it only changes what you could change yourself.
