Pre-Quaternary surface of Bornholm (VARV, 1977)

Kort over israndslinjer og lokaliteter i Skandinavien. Kortet viser den gradvise afsmeltning af den skandinaviske iskappe i sidste istid. Kortet er udarbejdet i 1995 og består af polygoner der viser iskappens udbredelse i 5 perioder, recente iskapper, lokaliteter, DeGeerMoræner, israndslinjer og hypotetiske israndslinjer. Kortet er fremstillet til visning i 1:1 million og indgår som en del af bogen "Israndslinjer i Norden" udgivet af Nordisk Ministerråd i TemaNord 1998:584. Denne datasamling indeholder kun data for Skandinavien, Island er i en separat datasamling.

Tykkelsen af de kvartære aflejringer i Danmark er beregnet som forskellen mellem terræn (KMS - højdemodel 2008) og toppen af den prækvartære periode (GEUS - prækvartær højdeforhold). ENGLISH The thickness of the Quaternary deposits in Denmark is calculated as the difference between terrain (KMS - height model 2008) and the top of the pre-Quaternary (GEUS - pre-Quaternary height ratio).
