Additional City Name

Place names (NamedPlace) for use in public administration and for general use in combination with other data from Denmark and Europe.

Voting area is part of DAGI and defines the areas in a municipality where voters must vote at a particular polling station.

Danish Place Names is the authoritative basic data register for place names in Denmark and contains place names for everything from the tree Kongeegen and the city of Centrum to the island of Funen. There are approximately 150,000 Danish place names in total, all of which are registered with a geographical location.

Denmark's administrative geographical divisions exhibited in generalised scales for presentation purposes are part of DAGI. Data should not be used for management purposes or where current data is needed.

This dataset contains DAGI data showing the Danish coastal demarcation, regional and municipal land divisions. Data can be used alone or in combination with other data from Denmark and Europe.

Denmark's division into constituencies is part of DAGI and is the basis for the nomination and election of candidates for the Danish Parliament. The constituency division includes the constituency, Storkreds and Valglandsdel.
