The data index keeps open data only

Data a publisher offers for viewing only is no longer kept in the index at all, not even for staff.

Open data only. The data index now keeps only datasets you can fully use. Records a publisher marks view-only, or that need your own account with them, are skipped when a portal is harvested, and the ones already kept for staff use have been removed. Staff no longer have thousands of records to look after that nobody outside can use.
