Email monitoring for Orion staff

• Email on the Health page. A new Email section shows whether product emails are on, off or in a dry run, whether the mail relay is connected, when the last send ran and how many emails went out or failed. It warns when sending stalls or fails.
• Sent email log. Admin → Email lists every email sent: when, to whom, which email, and whether it was opened, clicked, followed by a sign-in, or answered with an unsubscribe.
• Email alerts on the bell. Orion staff get a bell notification when a batch of emails goes out, when sending is switched on or off, when emails start failing, and when sending recovers.
• Email at a glance. Totals for the last day, week and all time, with open, click, sign-in-after and unsubscribe counts, plus a history of each send run.
