Fix a dataset's description right where you read it

A dataset's description is the first thing people read about it, and it is often where a mistake shows. Until now, fixing one meant going through OrionAI or asking us.

Now, on the page of any dataset you uploaded, choose Edit title and description under the description, make your change and save. The page updates straight away, and so does search.

Orion's data team uses the same editor to correct descriptions of datasets indexed from other portals when a publisher asks us to.
