Tidy your projects, forms and dashboards

Manage work from its cards and rows, with archive, restore and bulk selection.

Projects, forms and dashboards now have action menus alongside their names. Edit, rename, duplicate, archive or delete without opening a settings page first. Search a list and select several items to tidy them together; long lists appear as you scroll.

Archiving keeps the work available. A form still accepts submissions, existing dashboard viewers keep access, and project maps keep their share links. Use the archived view to restore an item whenever it is needed again.

Duplicates are separate work. Projects get private copies of their maps and retain links to the same data. Dashboard copies reuse the chart layout and filters. Form copies start as drafts, with their design and attached files, ready to review before publishing. They do not bring over submissions or public collection links.

Delete shows a confirmation describing what will be removed. Deleting a project removes its maps and share links, while leaving linked forms and datasets in place. Deleting a dashboard leaves its source data in place. Deleted forms and their submissions enter the collection service's Trash before its 30-day purge.
