Class maps keep their natural colours

When OrionAI groups a map's values into classes, such as NDVI into vegetation classes, the classes now run along the map's own colour scale, so low and high values keep their meaning.

Class colours. Classes made from an index, elevation, rainfall or another value map now take that map's colour scale from low to high. On an NDVI map, dense vegetation is green and bare or built-up land is red; before, the order could come out reversed.
