Search engines hear about dataset changes within the hour
OrionAI 2.3.8Released 21 October 2026
A new hourly step tells IndexNow search engines (Bing and others) when a public dataset page is published, changes or is withdrawn.
Changes since 2.3.7.
#New
- Dataset changes go straight to search engines. Every hour, OrionAI checks which public dataset pages have changed (published, re-described, given a new picture, or withdrawn) and sends just those addresses to IndexNow, which Bing and several other search engines share. The change date also feeds the sitemap, so engines re-read only the pages that moved.
