Attribute tables that scroll

Dataset attribute tables now load more rows as you scroll, with the column names pinned, instead of Prev and Next buttons.

Attribute tables keep going. A dataset's full attribute table loads the next rows as you scroll, and its column names stay pinned at the top, so you can read through every row without paging. The table on a dataset's own page works the same way inside its box, and now shows 25 rows to start instead of 8.
