Home page map cards no longer cause a page error

Opening Home could log a React error when a map's "Edited N minutes ago" changed while the page loaded.

- Map cards on Home. Each recent map shows "Edited N minutes ago". If that minute changed in the second between the server drawing the page and your browser taking over, the page logged a React error (#418) and redrew itself. The card now keeps the server's text, so the page loads cleanly.
