The data set represents the shadowing of the Danish altitude model from 2007 (DK-DHM/Terrain 2007). DHM/terrain is a digital model of the height of the terrain compared to the average sea level, i.e.. the elevation of the terrain (DVR90). The model is stored in a grid (raster) with a cell size originally 0.4 m, but which for this data set is down -sampled to 10 m. The data base for the model is based on laser scans from aircraft (Lidar) collected in the period 2005 - 2007 and which has undergone extensive calculations and quality assurance procedures. Map cartography and styling compiled by Christian Brogaard Pedersen (cbp@geus.dk). Copyright: The Danish Agency for Data Supply and Infrastructure (SDFI).
The 2007 Danish Height Model includes detailed historical information on the altitude conditions in Denmark. The surface model is a digital model of the physical surface that describes the height of buildings and vegetation above sea level.
Denmark's Height Model - Altitude curves show the altitude conditions in the Danish landscape through a series of lines, each indicating a specific altitude above sea level. Height curves are used to show variations in the terrain and topography of the landscape. Data is part of Denmark's Height Model (DHM).
The Danish Height Model - Origin (DHM/Origin) includes information on the origin of points in the height model as well as areas where corrections have been made in the current and the historical height models. Data is part of Denmark's Height Model (DHM).
The 2007 Danish Height Model includes detailed historical information on the altitude conditions in Denmark. The terrain model is a digital model that describes the altitude of the terrain in relation to the average sea level. The terrain model is a digital model that describes the altitude of the terrain in relation to the average sea level.
