Boundaries mirror tables renamed

The boundaries mirror now uses its own tables, so it no longer collides with an older table of the same name and starts loading.

#Fixed

  • Boundaries mirror didn't start: the platform database already held an older boundary_units table from the retired Data Factory, with a different shape, so the 2.23.0 mirror could not create its tables and served nothing (boundaries kept working through the download path). The mirror now uses boundary_mirror_sets and boundary_mirror_units; the older table is left untouched.
