Wikidata codes for every country

The gazetteer now gets Wikidata ids and ISO 3166-2 codes for large countries too, and serving-cost records survive a restart.

Changes since 2.26.1.

#Fixed

  • Wikidata codes for the United Kingdom and Norway. Wikidata stops long queries after a minute and sends back a cut-off reply. The gazetteer now asks in small batches built from the places it already holds, and retries any reply that is cut off, so large countries get their Wikidata ids and ISO 3166-2 codes too.
  • Serving-cost records are kept on restart. Table reads still waiting to be written when Core restarts are now saved instead of dropped.
