Checking re-processed tables before they change

OrionGIS can now re-process its statistics tables source by source and first report, table by table, what would change, before any of them changes.

A dry run before any table changes. OrionGIS can now re-process a source's statistics tables and report, for each one:
- how it would be drawn, compared with today;
- its title and pictures, before and after;
- whether it would be premium;
- which publishing steps would run.
No table changes in a dry run. Only tables whose new version is better and passes every check go on to be published, through the same steps as any update. Tables whose new version would lose a label they have today are never changed by this step.
