Cleaner dataset pages

The provenance line at the foot of every catalogue dataset page is gone.

  • Dataset pages end with the related datasets. The small line at the bottom ("Indexed by OrionGIS from … Data is loaded from the publisher's own server when you use it. Permanent link") has been removed. The publisher, source and download options are still shown at the top of the page.
