Central counts Google sign-ups as verified

Accounts created with Google sign-in are now shown as verified in Orion Central, and abandoned email sign-ups no longer sit in the unverified count.

Google sign-ups count as verified. Google vouches for the email when it creates the account, so there is no link to click. Central's Platform tab now shows Verified accounts, split into those auto-verified by Google sign-up and those confirmed by email link.
Abandoned email sign-ups drop out. A person who started an email sign-up, never clicked the link, then signed up with Google used to stay in the "awaiting verification / expired" count for good. Those attempts are now left out of the count, and are cleared when the Google account is created or linked.
Users list and user page show verification. Each user carries a Verified or Verified · Google badge, and the user page has an Email verified row saying how.
