Diocese of Meru Education dashboards

Three Education dashboards for the Diocese of Meru (Facility Registry, Monthly Routine Report, Termly Routine Report), with termly and date-based reporting periods and school names matched however they were typed.

Changes since 1.32.1.

#New

  • Education dashboards for the Diocese of Meru on OrionInsights, in the same layout as the Monthly Outpatient and Inpatient dashboards and grouped under Education on the Insights page:
    • Education Facility Registry: schools registered, enrollment, staffing, school finance, average fee per term, classrooms, water, electricity, internet and computer-lab access, and each school's person in charge.
    • Education Monthly Routine Report: schools reporting, current enrollment, admissions and withdrawals, attendance rate, fees collected and staff changes, filtered by month.
    • Education Termly Routine Report: schools reporting, dropouts, fees and capitation, staffing at term end, Grade 9 KJSEA and Grade 12 SSA results, filtered by term.

#Improved

  • A dashboard's period selector can be a Term as well as a Month, and a report whose month is a date shows it as October 2026. A dashboard with no reporting period shows no period selector.
  • Facility filters, lists and coverage now treat names typed with different spacing or capitals as the same facility or school.
  • A dashboard's contact tile can read another form, e.g. a school's person in charge from the registry on the monthly and termly reports.
