Dataset thumbnails are maps or imagery

Datasets are pictured only by a map or imagery drawn from their own data.

  • Dataset thumbnails are always a map or imagery drawn from the dataset itself: never the publisher's own picture, and never a picture of a table. A dataset that can't be drawn gets no thumbnail and is not published. The table-picture thumbnail added in 1.31.0 is removed, from new and existing datasets.
