Data Discovery has a Gazetteer page: look up any place by name or code and see what is missing per country and level.

- Data Discovery → Gazetteer (staff): look up a place by name or code and get its Orion id, level and parent; build the gazetteer from the boundary sets and add GeoNames, Wikidata and statistics-office codes; read the gap register per country and level.
