The dataset contains locations and attributes of building construction and alteration permits applied for and approved by the District of Columbia Department of Buildings. These data are shared via an automated process where addresses are batch matched (geocoded) to the District's Master Address Repository. Users may find that some data points will contain 0,0 for X,Y coordinates resulting in inconsistent spatial locations. Addresses for these data points could not be automatically geocoded and will need to be manually geocoded to 'best fit' locations in DC.

Outlets were field collected within the project area for the Storm Drain System (MS4) GIS Mapping Project for Boulder County Public Health. The data was collected with a Trimble Geo-XH 6000 with a horizontal post-processed accuracy of 2.5 cm (.98in). The data was post processed using the base stations located in and around Boulder County. The data dictionary used to collect the data was developed in collaboration with the Boulder County Public Health Project Manager. This data was collected between April and December 2017 by Anderson Consulting Engineers and is updated by County staff as needed.

An inventory of all major structures and minor structures on Boulder County owned roads with information including structure ID, structure dimensions, ownership, maintenance, and construction year. This is the primary dataset perpetually maintained by the Boulder County Public Works Department. It includes all records, including archived information when structures are replaced.

This is a dataset representing the electronic traffic signals, fixed electronic signs, and beacons inventory on Boulder County owned roads, which are maintained by the Public Works Traffic Team. It is rare for a new device to be installed, so this dataset remains unchanged for long periods of time. Records are determined by signals, signs and beacons which have an electronic source. Luminate is the primary contractor for maintenance.

Permits are how the City regulates construction. There are several different types of permits, depending on the type of construction. This table includes all permits issued through the Development Services permit center: building, mechanical plumbing, garage sales and others. Data is updated hourly during business hours.
