Create an account and sign in

#Create your account

1. Open orionterrametrics.com and choose Sign up.
2. Enter a username, your email address and a password of at least 8 characters (typed twice, to confirm), and optionally your first and last name.
3. Submit the form. OrionGIS emails you a verification link.
4. Open the email and click the link. Your account is created at that moment and you are signed in and taken straight to your Home page.

The verification link expires after 30 minutes. If it has expired, just sign up again with the same details.

Usernames can contain letters, digits and the characters . @ + - _ and must be 3–150 characters long. A username or email address can only be used for one account — if either is taken you will be told.

#Sign in

Choose Sign in, enter your username and password, and you land on Home. You stay signed in on that browser for up to 30 days, or until you choose Sign Out from the menu at the top right.

#If you forget your password

1. On the sign-in page choose Forgot password?.
2. Enter your email address. If it matches an account you will receive a reset link, which expires after 30 minutes.
3. Open the link, enter and confirm a new password, and choose Reset Password. You are taken to Home, or to the sign-in page if you need to sign in again.

You can change your password at any time later from your profile — see Profile and security.

#Cookies

OrionGIS uses one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Analytics cookies are optional and only set if you accept them. See Privacy and cookies.
